There's no Episode 6 onwards to see (A) Kurahara's foreshadowing next dark plans to other unknown Nurses in the hospital, adding them to "Special Ward" room. (B) 2 Main Nurses (Mana Kazama and Karen Konohara) snaps and gives Kurahara a Double (K.O) Gore Blood Death with Medical Knife in their hands. (C) Police Case (Episode 7 to 11) with Each Main Nurse's ending.

Blondie Chief is not seen the last Scene (Central Park). She's last seen in her own office. Ren Nanase and Ryuji Hakase are not seen entirely in Episode 5 and Season 3.

For "Night Shift Nurse: Yakin Byoutou Ni" (Season 2) - Bad Ending. All 4 Nurses loses to Kuwahara who wins, not murdered by Blondie Chief (Who also isn't killed, no dark past, kept calm and not violated by Kuwahara in the end).
